Apart from the iPhone 5 and the new iPod touch, Apple has also unveiled the new iPod nano which now features a 2.5-inch multi-touch display. Besides being thinner and lighter than the previous generation iPod nano, Apple has added key features like Bluetooth and FM radio.
The iPod nano now features physical keys on the sides so one can operate it without the touch screen as well. Apple has also integrated some fitness features and a pedometer. It seems like the iPod nano is running a heavily forked version of iOS which features rounded icons. Apple has also thrown in the new ‘Lightning’ dock connector in the new iPod nano. The new iPod nano will be available in 7 color options including Red, Green, Purple, Slate, Black, Yellow and Blue.
The iPod nano will be available in a 16GB memory variant for  Rs 12,500 and will be in available October . Apple continues to sell the iPod shuffle which now costs Rs 3,700, but the fate of original iPod Classic remains unknown as Apple still showcases it on its website, but it has not updated the product in the last two years.
